Michael brings a Buffalo and Western New York perspective to CADIG, shaped by one of the region's busiest hockey development environments.

Western New York players can move through community and youth programs, AAA hockey, the Buffalo Jr. Sabres pathway and on into junior and college hockey. Michael's scouting is built around how a player is progressing inside that system, not only where they are today.

He focuses on what carries over as the competition gets harder: skating, hockey sense, pace, compete level, decision-making, consistency, coachability and the ability to adapt.
