How a report gets made.

Every engagement follows the same four steps, so you always know what a grade is based on and how confident we are in it.

  1. Define the question

    What decision does the work need to support? A draft list, a recruit, a development plan.

  2. Collect evidence

    Game viewings, video, public data, the player's pathway and the context around them.

  3. Evaluate

    Repeatable criteria, with fact, observation and projection kept clearly apart.

  4. Deliver

    A report, profile or research memo, matched to the decision you're making.
